"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us"

Ralph Waldo Emerson

To continue to service my clients during the COVID-19 crisis, I am connecting and continuing treatment through telehealth sessions.

Is your life a daily struggle? Help is close by.

  • Is anxiety controlling your life?

  • Is depression overwhelming you?

  • Is anxiety or depression causing problems in your marriage or in other relationships?

  • Does your child suffer from daily anxiety or depression—causing problems at home, at school, or with peers?

You can minimize and put an end to your depression and anxiety, and feel more empowered in your life.  You can feel positive on a daily basis.  We can work together to change your life, allowing you to become the person you always wanted to be.

It is my belief that the most important aspect of therapy is the bond between a client and the therapist.  I make every effort to achieve this, right from the first session. I strongly believe that all people have their own individuality and uniqueness.  I endeavor to have each client leave therapy sessions with a strong sense of self, peace, hope, and empowerment.

My practice consists of a combination of approaches including interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and relationship therapy. Which path or paths we take in the therapeutic process depends on the individual person—we will work together to find a method that works for you. When working with children especially, I utilize art and play therapy. My therapy caters to the individual needs of each client.
